Who knew my local shoe store sold BC apparel. And color choices to boot! And yet there was no Penn State stuff…a providential sign? or just Taiwanese randomness? I’m going with Taiwanese randomness.
My name is Dani, and this blog is dedicated to my round-the-world adventures! Last year I took Taiwan by storm on a Fulbright Scholarship. I worked in an elementary school in Kaohsiung city (pronounced: gow (rhymes with ‘cow’)- shung) in southern Taiwan for one year. It was an amazing, wonderful, difficult, funny, hot, sweaty, ridiculous year, and here you’ll find some of my experiences. This year (2009-10) I’m off to Australia to conquer ‘down under’. Stay tuned!
